Phases 1,2 and 3. This should give a capacity of about 38,000. Phase 2 would see the replacement of the Steve Bull (formerly the John Ireland) stand and raise capacity to 36,000. Phase 3 would see the replacement of the Jack Harris stand on the old South Bank.
