This is the blueprint Fosun intend to pursue in developing the ground.

Note that the roofs of the new stands are higher and further back than the Steve Morgan built Stan Cullis stand. Also, the single tier South Bank / Jack Hayward stand.
This would be a three phase project. Phase one would see the development of the Steve Bull side, completing the corner between the Steve Bull and the Stan Cullis, as well as building a half corner between the Steve Bull and the Jack Hayward stand. This would give a capacity of 36,000, with the New Steve Bull housing 11,000.
Phase two would see the South Bank side cleared and the construction of a single tiered 10,000 end stand, as well as completion on the Steve Bull / Jack Hayward corner and a half corner between the Jack Hayward and Billy Wright side.
Phase three would see the rest of the ground completed to the same design, giving a final estimated capacity of circa 53,000.
